High intensity fat burning workout. Using a combination of both resistance and cardio training. Sounds scary? Not really, like all training we adapt exercises to your ability. You will work hard, and feel amazing both mentally and physically.

Reformer Pilates & Wellness Studio
Come and join us in our beautiful new wellness studio. With amazing views this stunning studio is topped off with a superb wellness offering. From reformer pilates running throughout the week. We also offer Yoga and joint health classes called Revive and much more to come throughout 2026.
