High intensity fat burning workout. Using a combination of both resistance and cardio training. Sounds scary? Not really, like all training we adapt exercises to your ability. You will work hard, and feel amazing both mentally and physically.

Revive & Pilates

A great way to work on targeting deep muscles using low impact movements. Never underestimate the importance of mobility, stretching, and key activation of muscles. These classes compliment your overall training, its slow but intense and so rewarding, it will also tone muscles and sculpture your body.
